情绪既是个体的主观体验,也是经常需要自身调节的对象,因此作为自我调节重要组成部分的情绪调节是个体主观性动力过程。情绪调节是个体通过一定的行为策略和机制,管理、调整或改变自己或他人情绪(包括主观感受、表情行为、生理反应等)的过程。文章综合描述了情绪调节定义、方法及其在职业发展中的重要作用,并总结了工作场合的情绪调节。
Emotion is not only the subjective experience of the individual, but also the object that often needs to be regulated by oneself. Therefore, emotion regulation, which is an important part of self-regulation, is an individual’s subjective dynamic process. Emotional regulation is the process of individuals managing, adjusting or changing their emotions (including subjective feelings, facial expressions, physiological responses, etc.) through certain behavioral strategies and mechanisms. The article provides a comprehensive description of the definition of emotions, methods and their important role in career development, and summarizes the emotional adjustment of the workplace.
