载荷谱是进行农业机械典型零部件的疲劳强度试验研究和寿命估算的基础。为了评价典型零部件的疲劳特性,本文采用峰值计数法来分析7CC-5型五吨侧卸农用挂车后轴及转向架路面的工作载荷时间历程,所计数的载荷量级是峰值出现的次数。本文讨论了初步载荷谱和试验载荷谱所包括的内容及它们之间的区别,重点阐述了载荷峰值的统计分析方法和数据分析的基本原则,并根据采集的路面工作载荷,经过压缩和简化,合成了7CC-5型五吨侧卸农用挂车后轴和转向架的路面工作载荷谱,并编制了用于程序疲劳试验的程序载荷谱。
The load spectrum is the basis of fatigue strength test and life estimation of typical agricultural machinery components. In order to evaluate the fatigue characteristics of typical components, this paper uses the peak counting method to analyze the working load time history of the rear axle and bogie pavement of the 7CC-5 five-ton side-loading agricultural trailer. The counted load magnitude is the number of peak occurrences. This paper discusses the contents of the preliminary load spectrum and the test load spectrum and the differences between them. The statistical analysis of the load peak and the basic principles of data analysis are mainly described. Based on the collected working load of the road surface, after the compression and simplification, The working load spectrum of the rear axle and the bogie of the 5-ton side-loading agricultural trailer of 7CC-5 type was synthesized, and the program load spectrum for the fatigue test of the program was compiled.
