从2001年到2004年,从国家级实验区到地市、县、镇、村级实验区,从发达省市到贫困的农村,课程改革正逐渐深入到全国各地及学校的常规教学活动。教师的态度和能力影响着文件课程向实施课程的转化。那么,在课程改革走向推广的阶段,教师如何解读和实践新课程呢?“新课程实施与实施过程评价”课题组受教育部的委托,在2004年12月对重庆、辽宁、山西、河南、江西、安徽、湖北7个省市的实验区进行了调研,共回收教师问卷1400份。通过对调研结果的分析,我们可以体会到教师对新课程的感悟。
From 2001 to 2004, from the national experimental area to prefectural cities, counties, towns and villages experimental areas, from developed provinces and cities to poor rural areas, curriculum reform is gradually deepening to the routine teaching activities all over the country and in schools. Teachers’ attitudes and abilities influence the transformation of documentary curriculum into implementing curriculum. Then, in the stage of promotion of curriculum reform, how can teachers interpret and practice the new curriculum? The task force of “Evaluation and Evaluation of the Implementation and Implementation of New Curriculum” was commissioned by the Ministry of Education in December 2004 to carry out research in Chongqing, Liaoning, Shanxi, Henan, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hubei 7 provinces and cities in the experimental area conducted a survey, a total of 1400 teacher questionnaires were recalled. Through the analysis of the survey results, we can understand the teacher’s perception of the new curriculum.
