为探讨GDC(电解可脱弹簧圈)或CAP(纤维素醋酸盐聚合物)对实验性动脉瘤的治疗效果和组织学变化。本文作者将14只杂种狗11~18kg,切取6cm的颈外静脉每5mm一段,一端结扎,一端缝合在颈动脉上制成13个末端动脉瘤和30个侧壁动脉瘤。2周后对狗行造影检查并随机分组。对照组(n=4);GDC栓塞治疗组(n=4),经股动脉穿刺将5F导管送到颈动脉近端,用Track18送入GDC进行治疗,治疗过程中用肝素盐水持续冲洗(1000u/1);CAP治疗组(n=6),先置7F导引导管,然后用Track18经导引导管送入动脉瘤,同样用肝素生理盐水冲洗,再行对侧穿刺插管将球囊送到动脉瘤颈部,充盈球囊,动脉瘤内注入造影剂估计体积后,用250mgCAP+3ml二甲基亚砜+90mg三氧化铋(不透X线)混合后注入相应的体积,停留5~10分钟,萎陷球囊后与微导管一起拔出。2个月后行造影检查,再将狗放血处死,仔细解剖取出动脉瘤用10%福尔马林固定,剖开摄像,全面记录,然后再将脑组织取出用10%福尔马林固定,脱水,包埋,切片,分别在
