浆液型脑膜炎球菌脑膜炎,是脑膜炎球菌感染极少见的变异类型。据有关报道,此种类型约占脑膜炎球菌脑膜炎的1.9～6.5%。作者报告在1973～1980年收治的脑膜炎球菌感染患者中所见的7例(2.1%)浆液型脑膜炎球菌脑膜炎。入院前这些患者均未接受抗菌素。除临床和流行病学资料外,7例脑脊液培养均检出脑膜炎球菌,而且有3例脑脊液涂片镜检也阳性。7例患者计男性5例,女性2例;年龄1～2岁3例,4～11岁3例,23岁1例;病情呈严重经过者2 Serous meningococcal meningitis is a rare variant of meningococcal disease. According to related reports, this type accounts for about 1.9 to 6.5% of meningococcal meningitis. The authors report 7 (2.1%) serous meningococcal meningitis seen in patients with meningococcal disease who were admitted between 1973 and 1980. None of the patients received antibiotics before admission. In addition to clinical and epidemiological data, meningococci were detected in seven cerebrospinal fluid cultures and three were positive for cerebrospinal fluid smear. Seven patients included 5 males and 2 females; 3 patients were from 1 to 2 years old, 3 patients were from 4 to 11 years old and 1 patient was 23 years old.
