目的通过对深圳市龙岗中心医院2014年1月~2014年12月期间的3320例深圳市龙岗区居民体检的血清尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)检测,分析其与性别、年龄、地区饮食结构等因素的关系。方法利用回顾性分析法分析3320例居民体检的血清尿酸结果。结果 3320例血清标本血尿酸水平接近正态分布。其中男性血尿酸总均值为319.16~463.08μmol/L,女性为232.57~356.21μmol/L,男性水平高于女性(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;同一性别,男性血尿酸水平各年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),女性血尿酸水平随年龄组增大而升高(P<0.05),各年龄组间的差异有统计学意义;不同地区间血尿酸平均水平也不尽相同。结论不同性别、年龄与地区的血尿酸水平均存在差异,因此,各实验室最好根据各地区的实际情况来分析血尿酸测定结果的高低与否。
