近年来各地对软土地基的处理,已经积累了很多经验,但如何进一步寻求施工方便、造价低廉、工期短、投资省、技术先进、安全可靠的设计方案,根据技术条件与可能,进行多方案比较,择优选用,达到预想的结果,还是值得探讨的课题。目前有些省市采用不埋或浅埋板式基础能大大减少土石方工程量,避免大开挖,降低劳动强度。板基的优点:能充分利用本身的刚度,调整不均匀沉降:板基由于扩大了基础底面积,因而降低了单位面积上的垂直荷载,能适应软粘土的特性,比条形基础有更好的抗倾覆和抗震能力。而且板的四周浇筑边梁,还能阻止地基从板边产生塑性挤出变形。
