恭城县闽宏页岩多孔砖厂将原有生产烧结多孔砖的轮窑改建为3条隧道窑。具有3间干燥室、8条回车线,配套余热回收系统、土建及厂房建设等。此项目综合我国烧结空心砖成熟生产技术,工艺路线和设备选型都采用高起点、高层次、成熟先进的一次码烧微弧拱隧道窑烧结生产技术。该生产线生产的空心砖,孔洞率一般为25%~50%,与实心砖相比,可节约能源25%以上。干燥室的热源全部来自焙烧隧道窑的余热,干燥不需外加热源,其次通过高效热交换器利用窑炉余热产生热水,为厂区提供生产、生活采暖水及洗浴用水。窑炉各段采用不同的耐火及保温材料以及不同结构,以增加窑体热阻、减少热损失,同时采用密封措施减少窑体漏气。另外窑车采用轻质结
Gongcheng Minhong shale porous brick factory will be the original production of sintered porous brick rotary kiln converted into three tunnel kilns. This project integrates the mature production technology of sintered hollow bricks in our country. All the technological routes and equipment selection adopt a high starting point, high-level and advanced one-time singeing production technology of micro-arc arch tunnel kiln. The production of hollow bricks, the hole rate is generally 25% to 50%, compared with solid brick, energy-saving more than 25%. The heat source in the drying chamber is all from the waste heat of roasting tunnel kiln. No external heat source is required for drying. Secondly, hot water is generated from the waste heat of the kiln through the efficient heat exchanger to supply the production and living heating water and bathing water for the plant area. Various sections of the kiln use different refractory and heat preservation materials and different structures to increase the thermal resistance of the kiln and reduce the heat loss, meanwhile, the sealing measures are adopted to reduce the leakage of the kiln body.
