一、本实驗以鹽酸依米丁对照,在人工感染肺吸虫病的犬中,进行有关苏拉明鈉、大冷必灵及苯妥英鈉的疗效观察。并結合玻器內試驗,观察鹽酸依米丁对肺吸虫成虫的作用。二、实驗犬八只,等分为四組。在感染后90—100天內采用四藥治疗。除鹽酸依米丁呈現部分疗效外,其他三藥均无效。三、疗效观察悉按本实驗室的常規进行,亦曾应用Warburg氏微量呼吸器,以直接法測定肺吸虫的QO_2及QCO_2。四、病犬經鹽酸依米丁治疗后,所排虫卵均显著变形,但卵数并不减少。此項結果,与其他实驗者所报导的相符。五、玻器內的培养結果指出,1:100,000鹽酸依米丁溶液不能有效地杀死肺吸虫成虫,亦不能引起虫卵的变形。
