当前,搞好国有企业在生产、经营上的两个根本性转变已势在必行。为适应这种新形势,旨在提高职工队伍素质、提高企业竞争能力的岗位培训至关重要。本人愚见,要真正强化国有企业的岗位培训,培训方式也应该从粗放型向集约型转变。 传统的企业岗位培训,或是“师傅领进门,修行在自身”,或是“敲锣打鼓,各干一行”,或是“蜻蜓点水,一掠而过”。因师傅、教师有异,随意性、局限性较大,培训效果也因师资素质、方式、时间等因素影响而悬殊。此类粗放的岗位培训,在粗放型的生产经营
At present, it is imperative to do well the two fundamental changes in the production and operation of state-owned enterprises. In order to meet this new situation, job training aimed at improving the quality of the workforce and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is crucial. My humble opinion, to really strengthen the job training of state-owned enterprises, training methods should also be from extensive to intensive change. Traditional corporate job training, or “master into the door, practicing in their own way,” or “gongs and drums, do their own thing,” or “superfluous, swept past.” Due to the teacher, teachers are different, arbitrary, more limited, the training effect is also due to teacher quality, methods, time and other factors.
