长期以来,我国的企业界一直存在着一个耐人寻味的现象:有些研究管理科学的专家、学者在理论研究上颇有建树。但却从来没有条件和机会去参与企业的管理实践,去在实践中印证自己的理论。而许多长期从事企业管理的实干家,只是凭着自己的感性认识、直觉和经验在管理企业,从来没有进行过理论方面的总结和研究,更谈不到理论的高度,而形成理论系统的就更少。这就使我们的管理实践和理论研究产生了很大的距离,造成了长期的、严重的脱节
For a long time, there has always been an intriguing phenomenon in the business community in our country: some experts and scholars who study management science have done a lot in theoretical research. However, they never had the conditions and opportunity to participate in the management practices of enterprises and prove their own theories in practice. And many long-term business management doers, but with their own perceptual knowledge, intuition and experience in the management of enterprises, has never been theoretical summary and research, let alone the height of theory, and the formation of a theoretical system less. This has caused a great distance between our management practice and theoretical research, resulting in long-term and serious dislocations
