教学改革后,教师的教育观念、教学行为都在发生变化,学生的学习方式跟着改变。近些年来,对于语文教学模式的研究可谓汗牛充栋,但对于作业设计鲜有问津。究其原因,一方面是上级教育部门所发的语文作业本、练习资料占去了学生作业练习的半壁江山。另一方面,作业设计是个难点。在畏难情绪的影响下,许多老师按部就班,被动地要求学生完成各种练习资料,这在一定程度上影响学生作业的主动性。笔者针对学生作业主动性缺失的现状,提出对策:形式变化、内容创新、深层设计。教师潜心设计作业,再把作业这根“金针”巧妙地度与学生,让他们学得丰富,学得快乐,学得有意义,更让他们充实而又快乐地度过童年。
After the teaching reform, teachers’ educational concepts and teaching behaviors are changing, and the learning styles of the students change accordingly. In recent years, there has been a lot of research on the language teaching mode, but there is very little about homework design. The reason, on the one hand, was issued by the higher education department of the language operation, practice data accounted for half of the students practice exercises. On the other hand, job design is a difficult task. Under the influence of awkward emotions, many teachers step by step, passively require students to complete a variety of practice information, which to a certain extent, affect student initiative. The author puts forward some countermeasures to the current situation of students’ lack of initiative: formal change, content innovation and deep design. Teachers devote themselves to designing homework, and then assigning homework “lily” skillfully to students so that they may learn richly, learn happily, learn meaningfully, and allow them to enrich and happily spend their childhood.
