油画,作为舶来于西方的画种,它在中国的迅速普及.是随同中国国势的动荡和对西方文化观念、语言文字、生活方式的接受同步进行的。21世纪初叶.在中华民族的复兴进程中,“中国人为什么画油画?”也如来自天地问的宏音,在发问着一个富有深邃历史感和透彻民族本性的问题。 百年来,在这种舶来文化的行进轨道上,一大批油画家先后脱颖而出,不论其在这种异质绘画语言方面曾试图做出哪一类探索,他们已完成的大量作品,需要在历史沉淀之后验证其终极价值。 詹建俊是我国油画史上具有时代意义的人物。他的创作过程,也是对绘画民族性的选择过程。丁方作为新一代的油画家,其作品语言在充分挖掘材料特性的同时,其作品的内涵又在穷追一种艺术心灵的感应和体现。 最终,油画,如何生长在中国,仍需要这些有执著求索精神的油画家求得答案。 主持人/赵权利
