建立了高效液相色谱法测定艾塞那肽多囊脂质体中的艾塞那肽。使用SEPAX GP-C4色谱柱,以0.1%三氟乙酸乙腈溶液∶0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长215 nm。艾塞那肽在2~50μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为2.7%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of exenatide in exenatide capsular liposomes. Using SEPAX GP-C4 column, gradient elution was carried out with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid in acetonitrile and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. Exenatide has a good linear relationship in the range of 2 ~ 50μg / ml. The average recovery was 101.6% with a RSD of 2.7%.
