教师的职责是教书育人,除了要传道、授业、解惑外,更要重视育人,音乐教师也不例外。他们的思想品德、人格修养对学生起着潜移默化的影响,是任何教科书、道德箴言、奖励制度都不能代替的。因此,音乐教师要重视自身师德修养。但目前仍有部分音乐教师的师德修养不过关,简单粗暴地处理各种问题,影响了学生的身心健康成长。在这种情况下,应培养哪些方面的师德修养,又该如何提升师德修养就成为了广大音乐教师必须探讨和解决的问题。本文就对此问题进行了具体分析。
The teacher’s duty is to teach and educate people. Apart from preaching, giving lessons and doubts, teachers should pay more attention to educating people and music teachers. Their ideological and moral qualities play a subtle influence on their students and can not be replaced by any textbook, moral motto, or reward system. Therefore, music teachers should pay attention to their own moral cultivation. However, there are still some music teachers who are not good at moral cultivation. They handle all kinds of problems simply and rudely, affecting their physical and mental health. Under such circumstance, what kind of moral education should be cultivated and how to improve moral education have become the problems that the music teachers must explore and solve. This article has carried on the concrete analysis to this question.
