目的是建立一套CT、MRI影像的计算机辅助分析诊断系统,使具有医学基础知识和懂得简单CT、MRI影像术语的医生能对脑血管疾病做快速确诊,并可作为影像学系统。材料与方法为:本系统图片和资深放射医生来源于山西医科大学第一附属医院CT室和其他有关方面,分析方法为序贯诊断法,程序设计以Window32为平台,Visual Fox Pro30为开发语言。结果得到:该系统实现了分别由29种CT、 23种MRI特征量对八大类23种脑血管疾病的确诊,自动打印诊断报告,还设有各种脑血管疾病的文字及图片档案管理模块。结论:经过运行证明系统确实能辅助医生快速识别图像内涵,达到了辅助诊断和教学目的。
The purpose is to establish a computer-aided analysis and diagnosis system of CT and MRI images so that doctors who have basic medical knowledge and understand simple CT and MRI imaging terms can quickly diagnose cerebrovascular diseases and can use it as an imaging system. Materials and Methods: The system photos and senior radiologists from the CT Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and other related aspects, the analysis method for the sequential diagnosis method, the program design to Window32 as a platform, Visual Fox Pro30 as the development language. The results show that the system has realized the diagnosis and automatic diagnosis of 23 types of cerebrovascular diseases in eight major categories from 29 kinds of CT and 23 kinds of MRI features respectively. It also has a text and picture file management module for various cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion: After running the system can really help doctors quickly identify the image connotation, to achieve the diagnostic and teaching purposes.
