激光技术在肛肠疾病的治疗应用越来广泛,由于管理不善及技术水平所限,肛管灼伤时有发生。1988年12目～1991年4月我院共收治二氧化碳激光治疗痔核,导致肛管及直肠下段粘膜灼伤20例,经治疗痊愈出院,随访半年以上,未见明显后遗症。临床资料一、一般情况 20例中,女12例,男8例。年龄25～40岁,平均30岁。病程0.5～72h,平均20h。肛管皮肤损伤范围不超过肛管1/2,仅限于肛管皮肤粘膜表层的轻度灼伤12例;肛管皮肤损伤范围<2/3,深及皮肤深层及直肠下段,粘膜层,无括约肌损伤或范围<1/2,伴有少部分肛门括约肌损伤的中度灼伤7例;
