人机工程质量是影响装备保障能力的重要方面,有必要在装备设计的有关阶段进行人机工程设计和质量评价。折叠式扩展车厢(如X线车、手术车)的展收操作是典型的人机结合的展收方式,本文的工作就是对展收方式进行人机工程质量评价。首先建立扩展车厢展收方式的二级评价模型,以展收过程中操作者的活动状态为高层次因素集,以每个活动状态的影响因素为低层次因素集。在进行低层次评价时,采用专家评议法确定各因素的权重,在进行高层次评价时,以每个活动状态所经历的时间占全部活动状态所经历的总时间的比例为各个活动状态的权重。
The quality of ergonomics is an important aspect affecting the equipment support capability. It is necessary to conduct ergonomic design and quality evaluation during the relevant stages of equipment design. Folding extension of the carriage (such as X-ray car, operating car) exhibition is a typical man-machine exhibition collection operation, this article’s work is to exhibit the way to conduct ergonomic quality evaluation. First of all, a two-level evaluation model is set up to expand the carriageway collection mode. In the process of exhibition, the activity status of the operators is the high-level factor set, and the influencing factors of each activity status are the low-level factor sets. In the low-level evaluation, the expert evaluation method is used to determine the weight of each factor. At the time of the high-level evaluation, the ratio of the total time that each of the activity states experience to the total activity state is the weight of each activity state .
