激光衍射测量法利用衍射条纹的位置及间距与缝宽存在的反比关系,已广泛的应用于狭缝宽度,细丝直径等微小量的测量,但其在工程实际测量中并无应用。本文提出了工程实际中构件微小线应变、微小振动幅度与频率等重要物理量的激光衍射测量方法并设计出了相关测量系统,具有操作简单、对测量对象无损伤、精确度高、自动化测量等优点,可以广泛应用于工程实际中的测量。
The laser diffraction measurement method has been widely used for the measurement of small width such as slit width and filament diameter by taking advantage of the inverse relationship between the position and pitch of the diffraction fringes and the existence of the slit width. However, it has no application in practical measurement of engineering. In this paper, the laser diffraction measurement method of the important physical quantities such as small linear strain, small vibration amplitude and frequency of the engineering is put forward and the relevant measurement system is designed. The system has the advantages of simple operation, no damage to the measured object, high precision and automatic measurement , Can be widely used in engineering practice measurement.
