Work Injury Insurance Fund Management is an important part of the Work Injury Insurance Ordinance (hereinafter “the Ordinance”). In order to ensure that all the work-related injury insurance funds are used for the treatment and compensation of injured workers, the Regulations strictly limit the scope of fund expenditures.
