构建符合专业培养目标的实践教学体系是高等职业教育人才培养的需求,也是专业自身发展的需求。当前建筑工程管理专业实践教学现状令人担忧,如重理论轻技能,实践教学缺乏系统设计,教师实践教学能力不强,实践教学评价缺乏过程考查。构建与职业技能对接的实践教学目标体系、基于实践教学目标的实践教学课程体系、多方位的实践教学保障体系以及实践实践教学监控与考核评价体系,有助于促进建筑类实践教学改革的进程。
Constructing a practical teaching system that accords with the goal of professional training is the demand of talent training in higher vocational education and also the demand of professional development. At present, the current status of practical teaching of construction management is worrying. For example, the theory of light skills, the lack of systematic design of practical teaching, the weak ability of teachers in practical teaching, and the lack of process evaluation of practical teaching evaluation. The construction of the practical teaching target system which is linked with the vocational skills, the practical teaching curriculum system based on the practical teaching objectives, the multi-directional practical teaching guarantee system and the practical practice teaching monitoring and evaluation system help to promote the process of practical teaching reform.
