引言微电子产业在我国不断的发展壮大,微电子企业对微电子技术人才的需求在逐年增加,高技能型微电子技术人才的缺乏成为制约微电子制造企业发展的瓶颈之一。我校微电子技术专业在“校企共培、角色渐变”的双主体人才培养模式下,不断深化课程体系改革,构建了校企共同构建岗位职业技能培养和学生素质提升并重的课程体系。
Introduction Microelectronics industry continues to grow and develop in China. The demand for microelectronics talents in microelectronics enterprises is increasing year by year. The lack of high-tech microelectronics talents has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of microelectronics manufacturing enterprises. Under the dual-subject training model of “co-cultivation of university and enterprises and gradual change of roles”, the microelectronics specialty of our school continuously deepens the reform of the curriculum system and establishes a system of both vocational education and post-secondary education .
