患儿 女,8岁。间断呕吐1年于1992年4月29日入院。病初进食水即呕吐,渐加重,每日20～30次,呕吐物为食物、黄色胆汁及咖啡样物,每次呕吐量5～70ml。发病时无发热、腹痛及便血,1周后缓解。此后间断发作2次,症状同前。查体:脉搏120次,呼吸24次,血压12/8kPa(90/60mmHg)。消瘦,皮肤弹性稍差。胸腹无异常。神经系统检查未见异常。实验室检查:血红蛋白160g/L,白细胞11.6×10~9/L,血钠125.4mmol/L,钾
Children with children, 8 years old. Intermittent vomiting was admitted to hospital on April 29, 1992.
