在分析总结预应力桁架锚索系统控制原理的基础上,采用力学研究方法建立了桁架锚索系统力学模型,得出锚索抗拉强度、锚固剂的粘结强度和初始时需施加的预紧力的计算方法,为该支护系统的材料选取和参数设计及其现场施工提供理论依据。结合三交河煤矿现场生产地质条件确定了预应力桁架锚索联合控制方案及参数,并进行了现场应用实施。现场试验结果表明力学分析对预应力桁架锚索系统有效控制特大断面厚层复杂覆岩煤巷变形具有良好的理论指导意义。
On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the control principle of prestressed truss cable system, the mechanical model of truss cable system was established by mechanics research method. The tensile strength of anchor cable, the bond strength of anchor agent and the pretension Force calculation method for the support system of material selection and parameter design and site construction to provide a theoretical basis. Combined with the site geological conditions in Sanjiaohe coal mine, the joint control scheme and parameters of prestressed truss and anchor cable were determined and carried out on site. The field test results show that the mechanics analysis has a good theoretical guiding significance for the prestressed truss cable system to effectively control the deformation of overburden strata with huge thick sections.
