本文从理论上研究了收集式近场光学显微镜中的成象衬度问题。采用三维时域有限差分法计算了光学近场区域亚波长尺度的电磁场分布。计算表明:利用p 偏振光成象可以得到样品的形貌衬度,而利用s 偏振光成象可以得到样品形貌的边缘象。该结果为近场光学显微镜中的图象解释及新仪器的开发提供了理论依据
In this paper, the problem of imaging contrast in a collecting near-field optical microscope has been studied theoretically. The three-dimensional finite difference time domain method was used to calculate the electromagnetic field distribution in the sub-wavelength range of optical near-field. The calculated results show that the morphology of the sample can be obtained by p-polarized imaging, while the edge image of the sample can be obtained by s-polarized imaging. The results provide a theoretical basis for the image interpretation in the near field optical microscope and the development of new instruments
