采用有限元方法,对某钢厂的重轨钢大方坯连铸机的凝固过程温度场分布情况、坯壳生长规律和凝固率进行了模拟研究。根据末端电磁搅拌对凝固率的要求,为该钢厂重轨钢大方坯连铸机的末端电磁搅拌位置和相应连铸工艺参数的确定提供了理论依据。根据模拟结果,确定在距弯月面11.6 m处安装末端电磁搅拌器,同时通过射钉试验和末端电磁搅拌生产试验证明在该位置安装末端电磁搅拌器是合适的。
The finite element method was used to simulate the distribution of temperature field, the growth law of the shell and the solidification rate during the solidification process of the heavy rail steel continuous casting machine. According to the requirements of the end electromagnetic stirring on the solidification rate, it provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the electromagnetic stirring position and the corresponding continuous casting process parameters of the heavy rail steel bloom caster. Based on the results of the simulation, it was determined that an end-use electromagnetic stirrer was installed at a distance of 11.6 m from the meniscus, and tests by nailing tests and end-of-line electromagnetic stirring tests proved that it was appropriate to install an end-use electromagnetic stirrer in this position.
