目的:测定垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液中高分子物质。方法:采用TSK GEL 2000SWXL色谱柱(7.8 mm×300 mm,5μm),以三氟乙酸-乙腈-水(0.05∶35∶65)为流动相;流速为0.5 ml·min-1;检测波长为214 nm。结果:3批垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液的高分子物质含量均在1%以下。结论:该方法简单、重现性好,可以作为控制垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液中高分子物质的方法。
Objective: To determine the anterior pituitary adrenal cortex extract injection of high molecular weight substances. METHODS: TSK GEL 2000SWXL column (7.8 mm × 300 mm, 5 μm) with trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile-water (0.05:35:65) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 214 nm. Results: The contents of macromolecules in 3 groups of anterior pituitary adrenal cortex extracts were less than 1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used as a method of controlling the high molecular weight substances in the injection of adrenal cortex before pituitary gland.
