新一轮基础教育课程改革体系在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面,都较原来的课程有重大创新和突破。它要求中小学教师改变多年来习以为常的教学方式、教育行为,确立一种崭新的教育观念;新课程倡导一种课程共建的文化,需要教师重新认识和确立自己的角色,重视教师的课程参与,改变教师的课堂专业生活方式,通过教师参与课程建设提升教师的课程意识,使之掌握课程开发的技术。少先队教育是学校教育的一部分,每一个辅导员也都应按照新课改对教师的要求,尽快更新观念、确立角色、积极改革、不断进行实践,发挥少先队的教育优势,在新课程改革中贡献自己的力量。
