目的观察胆囊收缩素受体mRNA在胆管癌中的表达。方法应用原位杂交技术检测了42例胆管癌标本中胆囊收缩素-A、胆囊收缩素-B/胃泌素受体mRNA的表达。结果38例(90.5%)胆管癌标本有胆囊收缩素-B/胃泌素受体mRNA的表达,20例(47.6%)标本有胆囊收缩素-A受体mRNA的表达,15例标本同时表达胆囊收缩素-A受体mRNA和胆囊收缩素-B/胃泌素受体mRNA;胆囊收缩素-B/胃泌素受体mRNA表达量显著高于胆囊收缩素-A受体mRNA;两种受体mRNA的表达量与胆管癌的部位无关,而与其分化程度有关,分化程度越高,表达量越多。结论胆管癌有胆囊收缩素受体mRNA表达,表达量与分化程度密切相关。
Objective To observe the expression of cholecystokinin receptor mRNA in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of cholecystokinin-A and cholecystokinin-B/gastrin receptor mRNA in 42 cases of cholangiocarcinoma. Results The expression of cholecystokinin-B/gastrin receptor mRNA was detected in 38 cases (90.5%) of cholangiocarcinoma specimens, and the cholecystokinin-A receptor mRNA was expressed in 20 specimens (47.6%). 15 The specimens also expressed cholecystokinin-A receptor mRNA and cholecystokinin-B/gastrin receptor mRNA; the expression of cholecystokinin-B/gastrin receptor mRNA was significantly higher than that of cholecystokinin-A receptor mRNA; The expression levels of the two receptor mRNAs have nothing to do with the location of cholangiocarcinoma, but related to its degree of differentiation. Conclusion There is cholecystokinin receptor mRNA expression in cholangiocarcinoma, and the expression level is closely related to the degree of differentiation.
