This is another new theory that the author of this paper published in this publication in 2002 to improve the theory of probability of success after four. Boiling water theory is a personal experience of the author more than 40 years ago. In 1958, when she was 12, she was assigned as a classmate of steelmaking in the mountains to find a place to boil water. An adoptive person taught her how to cook her pot by boiling water. This first-hand experience impressed the author and influenced her later studies and experiences, reminding her how similar her careers were to boiling water. Boiled water theory put forward the pursuit of career development of the three elements, that is, adding firewood, waiting patiently and serve the public. In the process of serving the public still continue to add firewood, to prove their own existence, and open-minded, not arrogant, not in a hurry to show themselves.
