高职院校人才培养要求教师不仅向学生传授科学理论知识,更要具备指导学生进行实践的能力。这一基本特征决定了从事高职教育的教师必须具备“双师”素质。以真实生产任务和具体研究项目为载体加强教师队伍建设是打造“双师型”教师队伍的有效途径,也是职业教育发展的重要保证。本文基于湖南科技工业职业技术学院的成功案例提出一些具体经验性做法。
Talents training in higher vocational colleges requires teachers not only to impart scientific knowledge to students, but also to have the ability to guide students to practice. This basic feature determines that teachers engaged in higher vocational education must have the “double division” quality. Real production tasks and specific research projects as a carrier to strengthen the construction of teachers is to create “double-qualified teachers” effective way, but also an important guarantee for the development of vocational education. This article based on the successful case of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology Industry put forward some specific empirical approach.
