本文通过锦州热电厂增钙粉煤灰在混凝土中应用研究,利用适当粉磨和掺用自制的ZFS—I外加剂处理粉煤灰,成功地解决了此增钙灰的安定性严重不良问题,提高了粉煤灰的活性,改进了粉煤灰混凝土的各项性能。在粉煤灰掺量70%,替代水泥35%的情况下,成功地配出与基准混凝土力学性能相当的粉煤灰混凝土。
In this paper, the application of calcium-enhanced fly ash in concrete of Jinzhou Thermal Power Plant was studied. The proper grinding and the addition of self-made ZFS-I admixtures to fly ash were used to successfully solve the problem of serious instability of the calcium-added ash. The activity of fly ash improved the performance of fly ash concrete. With fly ash content of 70% and cement substitution of 35%, fly ash concrete with comparable mechanical properties to the benchmark concrete was successfully prepared.
