用有限元数值计算的方法研究了晶须增强金属复合材料电镜样品中,自由表面引起的弹性弛豫对材料中界面附近弹性应变的影响,利用电子衍射动力学理论模拟了这种弹性应变引起的会聚束电子衍射图中衍射线的宽化与分裂情况,计算结果与实验相符.并讨论了由薄膜样品中弹性应变的测定结果推算出大的块体复合材料中界面微观应变场的可能性
The effect of elastic relaxation caused by free surface on the elastic strain near the interface in the whisker-reinforced metal composite was investigated by means of finite element numerical simulation. The effect of this elastic strain was simulated by electron diffraction kinetics theory The convergent beam diffraction and broadening of the electron diffraction pattern are consistent with the experimental results. The possibility of deducing the interface microscopic strain field in large bulk composites by the measurement of elastic strain in thin film samples is also discussed
