目的：观察新型杀虫剂Trebon对印鼠客蚤（Xenopsyllacheopis）的毒效。方法：水浸法、喷粉法和药膜法。结果：（1）不同处理方法的灭蚤效果不同，其顺序为：水浸法＞喷粉法＞药膜法，LD100的最低值分别为5ppm、0．3和0．5mg／m2；（2）Trebon与奋斗呐和溴氰菊酯的毒效比较：当有效成分含量≥5mg／m2时，24小时死亡率均为100％；用KT50的倒数表示击倒速度，Trebon是奋斗呐的2．5倍（药膜法及喷粉法），是溴氰菊酯的8．2倍（药膜法）；（3）Trebon在室温下的持效＞365天（药膜法），50℃下＞35天。结论：该药对印鼠客蚤和猫栉首蚤击倒速度快，死亡率高，持效期长，对人畜几乎无毒，既可室内外大面积施用，亦适用于宠物灭蚤。
Objective: To observe the toxic effect of a new insecticide Trebon on Xenopsylla cheopis. Methods: flooding, dusting and membrane method. CONCLUSION: The drug has fast knockdown speed, high mortality rate, long lasting period and little toxicity to humans and animals. It can be applied both indoors and outdoors and also as a pet pet flea.
