老年性气胸２０例，行肺大泡切除，缝合修补６例，双重结扎８例，应用胃肠缝合器行肺大泡钳闭术６例。术后心肺功能不全４例，心律失常２例，ＩＣＵ监护２例。随访３个月～６年，均无复发病例，心肺功能有明显改善８例。术后因肺癌死亡１例。提出了手术适应证应根据病人术前活动，登楼等情况及Ｘ线检查综合衡量；创用胃肠缝合器钳闭肺大泡取得了满意效果。
20 cases of senile pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae resection, suture repair in 6 cases, double ligation in 8 cases, the application of gastrointestinal stapler closed calculus in 6 cases. Postoperative cardiopulmonary dysfunction in 4 cases, arrhythmia in 2 cases, ICU custody in 2 cases. Follow-up 3 months to 6 years, no recurrence of cases, cardiopulmonary function improved significantly in 8 cases. One patient died of lung cancer after operation. The surgical indications should be based on the patient’s preoperative activities, ascend building and other conditions and comprehensive evaluation of X-ray examination; the use of gastrointestinal stapler clamp closed bullae achieved satisfactory results.
