目的:观察声动力学治疗介导原卟啉Ⅸ抑制SW480荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤生长的效果。方法:将SW480荷瘤裸鼠随机分为4组:声动力学+原卟啉Ⅸ组,声动力学组,原卟啉Ⅸ组和对照组。观察并比较各组裸鼠肿瘤生长及抑制情况。结果:声动力学治疗介导原卟啉Ⅸ可抑制SW480荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤生长,和声动力学干预组、原卟啉Ⅸ组、对照组相比差异有统计学意义;和声动力学治疗组、原卟啉Ⅸ组比较,声动力学治疗介导原卟啉Ⅸ组肿瘤抑制率明显较高。结论:声动力学治疗介导原卟啉Ⅸ可明显抑制SW480荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤的的生长,其生物学效应及机制仍有待进一步深入研究。
Objective: To observe the effect of sonodynamic therapy on the growth of SW480 tumor-bearing nude mice induced by protoporphyrin IX. Methods: SW480 tumor-bearing nude mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: acoustodynamic + protoporphyrin Ⅸ group, acoustokinetic group, protoporphyrin Ⅸ group and control group. Observe and compare the tumor growth and inhibition of nude mice in each group. Results: Sonodynamic therapy mediated protoporphyrin Ⅸ could inhibit tumor growth in SW480 tumor-bearing nude mice, which was significantly different from that in acoustodynamic intervention group, protoporphyrin Ⅸ group and control group. Group, protoporphyrin Ⅸ group, the acoustic-kinetic therapy-mediated protoporphyrin Ⅸ tumor inhibition rate was significantly higher. Conclusion: Acoustic therapy mediated protoporphyrin Ⅸ can significantly inhibit tumor growth in SW480 tumor-bearing nude mice, and its biological effects and mechanisms remain to be further studied.
