1 Introduction Some patients with pituitary tumor often vision loss and visual field abnormalities and first diagnosed in ophthalmology, because no signs of intracranial hypertension and nervous system positive, easily lead to misdiagnosis. This article from March 1994 to December 1998 first visit to our hospital ophthalmology, after endocrine hormones, imaging studies and surgery confirmed 25 cases of pituitary tumors for retrospective analysis to improve the early diagnosis of the disease
