为了促进混凝土构件的早期硬化、加速钢模的周转,提高预制厂的生产率,热搅拌在一些工业发达国家逐渐趋于普遍,甚至地处热带南美的巴西里约热内卢也采用了热拌工艺。同时,热混凝土也是解决寒冷地区混凝土冬季施工的有效措施。热拌混凝土温度一般为60~65℃,有以下几种加热方法。 1.加热骨料。即向贮仓中通蒸汽,这种方法热效率低,并且贮仓底部的积水对含有石灰质的骨料有不良的影响。
