我们于1989年6～7月对浏阳县16所县属中学(其中农村15所中学)学生食堂进行了卫生学调查。1 调查结果1.1 场所卫生选址基本上符合卫生要求的12所,占75%,不合卫生要求的4所,占25%。不合要求原因:四周15米内有污染源(包括厕所、猪牛圈、垃圾堆等)存在者3所,食堂建在校外,就餐必须通过交通要道者1所。1.2 个人卫生调查142名工作人员,已进行健康体检取得健康合格证者114人,体检率80.28%。个人卫生行为较差者42人,占29.
