1 生产概况印度现有葡萄栽培面积1.8万公倾,年产量27.6万吨,其中90%以上的葡萄集中分布在印度南部的德平高原,包括卡拉塔克邦,马哈拉施特拉邦,安得拉邦和泰米尔纳德邦。印度北部的亚热带地区和喜马皆尔帮的温带地区也有葡萄栽培。印度葡萄主要作鲜食用,极少用于加工。2 主栽品种近三十年来,印度十分重视引种选育种工作,现已收集20多个葡萄种和1000多个品种。通过引种试验已筛选出一批适合于印度西北部亚热带生态条件的栽培品种,如:“Perlette”、
1 Production Overview India has 18,000 hectares of grapes cultivated area with an annual output of 276,000 tons. Over 90% of the grapes are concentrated in the Decao Plateau in southern India, including Karatuk, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. There are also viticulture in the subtropical regions of northern India and the temperate regions of the Himalayas. Indian grapes mainly for fresh food, rarely used in processing. Over the past three decades, India has placed great emphasis on the introduction and breeding of breeding materials. Over 20 grapevine species and more than 1,000 varieties have now been collected.
