我院1988年1月～1989年6月共治痔疮患者209例,其中用新84型内痔套扎器行内痔吸扎术(又称套扎疗法)106例,占总数的50.7%,效果满意。一、临床资料男76例,女30例;年龄22～73岁,30～50岁居多。内痔Ⅰ°13例,Ⅱ°40例。Ⅲ°32例,混合痔21例。吸扎一次83例,二次18例,三次4例,四次1例。共扎痔核283个。附加注射痔核62个,占吸扎的21.9％;手术4例。二、方法与注意事项
