目的:研究术后早期肠内营养支持对胃肠肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选择65例患者,随机分成肠内营养支持组(EN组)和部分肠外营养组(PPN组),分别在术前和术后第1天、第4、8天取患者外周静脉血测定红细胞免疫功能指标。结果:分别比较术后第1、4天EN组和PPN组红细胞免疫功能测定值, 其差异无显著性(P>0.05);至术后第8天,两组患者RRCR和RTRR测定位比较,差异有显著性(P< 0.05),RRICR测定值比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:术后早期肠内营养支持与部分肠外营养支持相比,有利于改善胃肠肿瘤患者的红细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To study the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition on erythrocyte immune function in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into enteral nutrition support group (EN group) and partial parenteral nutrition group (PPN group). Peripheral venous blood was collected before surgery and on the 1st, 4th, Determination of erythrocyte immune function. Results: The difference of erythrocyte immune function between the EN group and the PPN group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) on the 1st and 4th postoperative day respectively. On the 8th postoperative day, the measured values of RRCR and RTRR (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Compared with partial parenteral nutrition support, early postoperative enteral nutrition support is beneficial to improve erythrocyte immune function in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.
