作为教师教育实践活动的重要组成部分,教育实习应该以培养学生掌握实践性或应用性知识为主要目的,以发展人的实践智慧、形成人的实践能力为主要任务。基于《教师教育课程标准(试行)》与小学教育专业发展的特殊性,本文尝试提出和建构全程式“小学教师职前教育实习”的课程体系,其内含“八大目标”、“七项内容要素”、“四阶段实施过程”以及“六环节量化评定”等构成要素,以期完善和丰富已有的小学教师职前教育课程体系,并拓展“全科式”高素质小学教师的培养途径。
As an important part of teacher education practice, educational internship should focus on cultivating students’ practical or applied knowledge, and develop human’s practical wisdom and human’s practical ability as the main task. Based on the specialty of “Curriculum Standard for Teacher Education (Trial)” and the development of primary education specialty, this paper attempts to propose and construct a full range of curriculum system of “Pre-service Education for Primary School Teachers”, which contains “eight goals” “Seven elements”, “four stages of implementation process” and “six aspects of quantitative evaluation” and other elements, in order to improve and enrich the existing pre-primary teacher education curriculum system, and expand the “ Style ”high quality primary school teacher training approach.
