人的一生需求多种多样,对图书的需要属于精神生活的一种需要。人们对知识、文化、艺术、科学、技术、成就、娱乐等等各种追求,都会诱发购书动机,变成购买行为。英国经济学家伊莱恩曾说过:“做生意的目的不是为了赚钱,做生意的目的是为了满足客户的需求。其结果是赚钱。”由此可见,书店满足读者对图书多方面多层次的需要,既是销售的目的,又是提高读者满意度的核心,而满意度的结果是书店利润。
People’s life needs a variety of needs for books belong to a spiritual life needs. People’s pursuit of knowledge, culture, art, science, technology, achievement, entertainment and so on will induce purchase motivation and become purchase behavior. Elaine, a British economist once said: “The purpose of doing business is not to make money, the purpose of doing business is to meet customer needs. The result is to make money.” Thus, the bookstore to meet the readers multifaceted multi-level Needs, both for sales purposes, but also to improve the reader’s satisfaction with the core, and the result of satisfaction is the bookstore profits.
