性能化防火评估技术的广泛运用是建筑防火领域的必然趋势,然而这种技术在我国才处于初始阶段,还需要大量的研究和实践来推进其发展进程。本文从性能化防火评估技术的沿革、目标体系的要素确认入手,旨在提出结合前沿科技领域指导科学消防安全机制的设想。并结合实际,提出了促进我国现代化消防安全机制的若干思考。
The extensive use of performance-based fire protection assessment technology is an inevitable trend in the field of building fire protection. However, this technology is only at the initial stage in China, and it requires a lot of research and practice to advance its development process. This article starts with the identification of the evolution of performance-based fire evaluation technology and the elements of the target system, and aims to propose the concept of guiding scientific fire safety mechanisms in combination with cutting-edge scientific and technological fields. In combination with reality, several suggestions for promoting China’s modern fire safety mechanism were put forward.
