I. Overview of research work The specifications of reinforced concrete structures in major industrial countries, including China’s current TJ10-74 specifications, have not yet reached a point of perfection regarding the design and calculation methods of the pre-stretched pre-stressed concrete structures. In order to seek a more reasonable design calculation method, a series of experimental research work and theoretical research work must be conducted.
