本文以提高教学质量以及培养实用型助产专业人才为目的,通过对助产学基础校内教学与临床实践的差异进行比较分析,找出校内教学的不足,从理论教学、实践教学及人文素质教育三个方面进行改革。开发适合助产专业学生岗位胜任能力的校本教材,优化整合助产学基础及母婴保健课程的实训项目,按照孕产护理流程实施实训模块教学,完善考核体系,增加人文教育内容,将“工学结合”落到实处,提高教学效果,增强助产专业学生的综合职业能力。
In order to improve teaching quality and cultivate practical midwifery professionals, this paper compares and analyzes the differences between teaching and clinical practice in midwifery-based schools and finds out the inadequacy of teaching in schools.
