目的探讨封闭负压引流在蛇咬伤治疗中效果。方法回顾性分析应用封闭负压引流治疗的21例蛇咬伤患者临床资料。结果 21例均行患肢切开减压及伤口切开排毒术,创面覆盖封闭负压引流材料,5～9d患肢肿胀消退后行伤口一期缝合,并联合应用抗蛇毒血清、糖皮质激素、甘露醇等内科治疗后痊愈,未出现皮肤坏死等并发症。结论封闭负压引流材料可减少蛇咬伤毒素吸收,改善患者临床症状,防止因肢体肿胀而发生骨筋膜室综合征。
Objective To investigate the effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of snake bites. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of snake bite patients treated with closed negative drainage were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twenty-one patients underwent incision decompression and wound detoxification. The wound was covered with closed negative pressure drainage material. The wounds of the affected limbs were sutured after 5 ~ 9 days and combined with anti-snake venom serum, glucocorticoid , Mannitol and other medical treatment recovered, no complications such as skin necrosis. Conclusion Closed negative drainage material can reduce the absorption of snake bite toxins, improve clinical symptoms and prevent the occurrence of compartment syndrome of the compartment of the fossa.
