高职教师是我国教师队伍中的重要组成部分,同时他们也是职业倦怠的易发和高发人群,这一情况的出现会极大影响高职教师的自身发展,对整个高职教育的推进也会带来负面影响。因此,本文从高职教师的职业倦怠着手,通过分析教师职业倦怠的表现,教师职业倦怠产生的原因,以及教师职业倦怠的改善对策这三个方面来行文,进而对促进高等职业教育的可持续发展以及教师自身的专业发展贡献现实意义。
