目的研究分析人性化管理在心外科护理管理中应用。方法选取2016年1月~2017年3月在我院心外科工作的护理人员20名进行研究,对相关的护理人员进行充分考察了解,探究如何提升护理人员的管理素养以及正确认知人性化管理。结果人性化管理可充分开发护理人员的工作潜能,有效降低护理人员的临床护理事故发生率,有效减少护理纠纷,更加融合医患关系。结论人性化管理能显著改善科室的护理质量,有效提升护理人员的专业素质和职业素养,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To study and analyze the application of humanized management in cardiology and nursing management. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, 20 nurses working in cardiac surgery in our hospital were selected to conduct a full investigation and understanding of relevant nurses and to explore ways to improve nurses’ management quality and to correctly understand human management . Results Humanized management can fully develop the working potential of nursing staff, effectively reduce the incidence of clinical nursing accidents among nurses, effectively reduce nursing disputes, and further integrate the relationship between doctors and patients. Conclusion Humanized management can significantly improve the quality of departmental care, effectively improve the professional quality and professionalism of nursing staff, which is worth learning from and promoting.
